Conventional anti-static FIBCs are often tested only before shipment. During handling, conductive elements and testing contacts can be damaged or loosened, making conductivity difficult to assess during filling, transport, and storage. Static buildup can also cause powder to adhere to bag walls and contribute to clumping in static-sensitive materials.
The FIBC incorporates an embedded conductive strip and a one-piece detection contact to create a continuous conductive path. A double-locking contact assembly, universal ball joint, and disc-spring compression component maintain contact when the bag shifts or deforms. The modular resistance detector provides real-time readings, and a dedicated suspension fixture simulates lifting conditions.
Suitable for lithium battery materials, fine chemicals, pharmaceutical raw materials, metal mineral powders, and food additives. Intended for ultrafine powders, combustible dusts, high-value materials, and other static-sensitive bulk materials.
