Plastic Granule PP Woven FIBC is a professional bulk packaging solution specially designed for plastic resins, polymer granules, plastic pellets and other plastic raw materials.
Made from high-quality 100% virgin PP woven fabric with a U-panel construction, the bag supports automated filling, forklift and crane lifting, multi-layer stacking and gravity discharge. Optional sealed PE liners and dust-proof filling structures help protect plastic granules against dust, foreign impurities and cross-contamination during storage and transportation.
With a standard Safe Working Load (SWL) of 1,000 kg and customizable capacities from 500 to 2,000 kg, the bag can also be equipped with Type C / Type D anti-static configurations according to material and handling requirements.
High-density PP woven fabric combined with an optional sealed PE liner and dust-proof filling spout helps block external dust and foreign impurities.
This configuration helps reduce cross-contamination between batches and protect resin and polymer pellet purity during bulk storage and transportation.
The U-panel body structure, smooth inner surface and optional large-diameter discharge opening support fast gravity discharge while minimizing plastic granules trapped inside the bag.

Plastic granules can generate electrostatic charge through friction during filling, transportation and discharge. Optional Type C and Type D anti-static FIBC configurations are available for applications requiring static-control performance.

The integrated U-panel construction and reinforced corner seams help the filled bag maintain a more regular shape, improving stacking stability and warehouse or container space utilization.
An optional PE tubular liner provides an additional barrier against contamination. Liner thickness can be customized from 80–150 μm according to material and packaging requirements.
