Carbon FIBC Bulk Bag is a dust-tight bulk packaging solution specially designed for carbon black, activated carbon, graphite powder and other fine carbon-based materials.
Made from high-density 100% virgin PP woven fabric, the bag can be equipped with a sealed PE liner and hermetic seam construction to help minimize fine powder leakage, material loss and workplace dust. Optional Type C and Type D anti-static configurations are available for applications requiring electrostatic charge control.
With a standard Safe Working Load (SWL) of 1,000 kg and customizable capacities from 500 to 2,000 kg, the bag can be configured according to material bulk density, particle size, purity requirements, filling equipment and discharge method.
High-density PP woven fabric combined with an optional sealed PE liner and hermetic seam sealing helps minimize the escape of ultra-fine carbon powders through fabric pores and stitching.
This configuration helps reduce material loss, dust pollution and contamination during filling, storage, transportation and discharge.
Carbon powders can generate electrostatic charge through friction during filling and discharge. Optional Type C and Type D anti-static FIBC configurations are available for applications requiring static-control performance.
Conductive test reports can be provided according to the selected configuration.
A smooth inner liner can be combined with a large-diameter discharge opening and U-panel construction to support smooth gravity discharge and reduce carbon powder residue inside the bag.
Lower residue also helps reduce cross-contamination between material batches and supports applications with higher purity requirements.
Thickened PP woven fabric, reinforced lifting loops and corner reinforcement provide additional resistance against wear caused by high-density carbon materials during repeated handling.
An optional sealed PE tubular liner provides an additional containment barrier for fine carbon powders. Liner thickness can be customized from 80–150 μm according to material and packaging requirements.
Bag dimensions, SWL, fabric weight, lifting loops, top and bottom structures, liner specifications, anti-static configuration and printing can be customized according to your carbon material and handling process.
