New Energy PE-Lined FIBC Bulk Bag

New Energy PE-Lined FIBC Bulk Bag is a contamination-resistant bulk packaging solution specially designed for battery electrode materials, conductive additives and other high-value new energy powders.

The bag combines high-purity 100% virgin PP woven outer fabric with an integrated food-grade sealed PE tubular liner, creating a dual-layer protective structure. The inner liner helps reduce fine powder leakage, moisture ingress, external contamination and direct contact between sensitive materials and the outer woven fabric.

With a standard Safe Working Load (SWL) of 1,000 kg and a standard 100 μm PE liner, the bag can be customized according to material particle size, bulk density, purity requirements, barrier performance and production-line handling conditions.

Key Features

Dual-Layer Contamination Protection

High-purity PP woven outer fabric combined with an integrated food-grade sealed PE liner and dust-tight closure creates a dual protective barrier.

This structure helps prevent external dust and impurities from entering the bag while reducing cross-batch contamination during storage and transportation.

Reliable Moisture & Dust Barrier

The seamless PE tubular liner with heat-sealed seams provides an additional barrier against fine powder leakage, dust and moisture vapor.

This configuration is particularly suitable for sensitive new energy materials requiring additional protection during long-term storage and long-distance transportation.

Low-Residue Clean Discharge

The smooth PE liner inner surface, U-panel construction and optimized discharge opening help support smooth gravity discharge with minimal material residue.

Reduced residue helps minimize the loss of high-value battery materials and simplifies cleaning during batch changeovers.

Type C / Type D Anti-Static Options

Optional Type C and Type D anti-static outer fabric configurations are available for applications requiring electrostatic charge control.

The conductive outer structure provides static-control functionality while the PE liner maintains contamination and moisture protection.

Customizable PE Liner Thickness

The standard PE liner thickness is 100 μm and can be customized from 80–200 μm according to material particle size, purity and barrier requirements.

Flexible Bag Configuration

U-panel construction is standard, while a 4-panel structure is also available. Bag dimensions, load capacity, liner thickness, anti-static properties and lifting designs can be customized according to your production and logistics requirements.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the function of the PE liner in a New Energy FIBC?

The integrated PE liner creates a sealed inner barrier that helps prevent fine powder leakage and reduce moisture and dust ingress. It also separates the material from direct contact with the outer woven fabric, providing additional contamination protection for sensitive new energy materials.

Is the PE liner suitable for battery electrode materials?

According to the provided product specification, the liner uses food-grade virgin polyethylene and is intended for lithium battery electrode and additive material handling.

Can Type C / Type D anti-static functions be added?

Yes. Type C and Type D anti-static outer fabric configurations are available for applications requiring electrostatic charge control. The outer structure provides static-control functionality while the PE liner maintains contamination and moisture protection.

Can the PE liner thickness be customized?

Yes. The standard liner thickness is 100 μm and can be customized from 80 μm to 200 μm according to material particle size and barrier requirements.

Can the bag size and load capacity be customized?

Yes. Bag dimensions, Safe Working Load and lifting structures can be customized. The standard SWL is 1,000 kg, with 500–1,500 kg configurations available.

Can a 4-Panel structure be used instead of U-Panel?

Yes. The standard construction is U-Panel, while a 4-Panel configuration is also available according to your handling and production-line requirements.

Which battery materials can this PE-Lined FIBC be used for?

The provided specification covers cathode materials such as NCM, NCA, LFP, LCO and lithium manganese oxide; anode materials including synthetic graphite, natural graphite, silicon-carbon and hard carbon; as well as conductive carbon black, Super P, carbon nanotubes, graphene, PVDF powders and lithium salts.

What is the typical lead time?

The stated lead time for standard configurations is approximately 15–20 days. Custom liner specifications, anti-static structures or special purity requirements may require approximately 25–30 days. Final lead time depends on order quantity and customization complexity.
