Asphalt FIBC Bulk Bag is a high-temperature resistant bulk packaging solution specially engineered for hot asphalt, bitumen and other high-temperature construction materials.
Made from thermal-stabilized 100% virgin PP woven fabric, the bag is designed to maintain structural integrity during hot filling, lifting, transportation and controlled discharge. A high-temperature resistant structure helps reduce fabric softening and melting, while an optional anti-stick impermeable liner helps minimize asphalt adhesion, residue and seepage.
The standard configuration is designed for continuous material temperatures up to 120°C, while enhanced thermal formulations can be customized for applications up to 150°C. Bag dimensions, SWL, fabric weight, liner structure and filling/discharge designs can be customized according to actual asphalt temperature and handling requirements.
Thermal-stabilized PP woven fabric combined with an optional high-temperature resistant coating helps maintain bag strength and structural integrity under elevated temperatures, reducing the risk of softening, melting and bag failure during hot filling and transportation.
The standard configuration is designed for continuous temperatures up to 120°C. Enhanced thermal formulations are available for applications up to 150°C and can be customized according to actual material temperature.
A smooth anti-stick inner structure combined with an optimized discharge design helps reduce asphalt adhesion and residue inside the bag, supporting cleaner and more efficient unloading.
Dense thermal-stabilized woven fabric, heat-sealed seams and an optional impermeable liner provide additional protection against asphalt seepage through the fabric and stitching during handling and transportation.
Reinforced corner lifting loops and double-stitched load-bearing seams provide additional strength for handling high-density asphalt materials under elevated-temperature conditions.
Temperature rating, SWL, fabric weight, bag dimensions, liner type, lifting loops and top/bottom structures can be customized according to asphalt temperature, density and handling equipment.

Asphalt FIBC Bulk Bags are designed for hot asphalt, bitumen and other high-temperature bituminous materials that require reliable packaging performance during hot filling, bulk transportation and controlled discharge.
Typical applications include:
Suitable for hot asphalt mixtures, road paving bitumen and modified asphalt binders where high-temperature resistance and seepage protection are required during bulk transportation and job-site delivery.
Suitable for industrial bitumen, coal tar pitch and waterproofing asphalt materials requiring thermal stability and leakage protection during high-temperature storage and transportation.
Suitable for rubber asphalt, polymer-modified asphalt and asphalt additives. The heat-resistant and anti-adhesion design helps support handling while minimizing material residue.
Suitable for asphalt mortar, waterproofing material bases and bituminous sealants where clean handling, controlled discharge and reduced residue are important.
Asphalt packaging requirements can vary significantly depending on material temperature, density, viscosity, filling method and discharge requirements.
